Jolly Diesel Particulate Filter V-Band Clamp is designed as per customized requirement for DPF application which is used in Exhaust Filtration System of Heavy Duty trucks for Emission control.
Jolly DPF clamps can withstand temperature up-to 600° C subject to material grade selection. DPF V-Band clamp is available in three or Four V-Petal configurations, this V-Petals are welded on a band with robust welded construction to ensure high strength.
DPF V-Petal clamp can be easily assembled & disassembled for trouble-free service & maintenance of DPF System. Robust T-Bolt, Trunnion & Nut construction is used to fix & tightened the clamp on assembly.
Jolly DPF clamp is available with several standard sizes frequently used in V-Profile.
