The Stainless Steel Worm Drive Clamp Lined (WL), also known as the "Lined Clamp," is a medium-duty worm drive clamp designed specifically for soft nitrile hose applications. The liner prevents the perforations on the band from directly contacting the hose, avoiding hose damage or biting during installation.
The clamp operates on the worm gear principle, where the cleanly punched perforations on the band interact with the thread of the Hex Head Screw. This allows easy tightening or loosening of the clamp, while the liner protects the hose from damage.
The lined design ensures that the perforations do not come into direct contact with the hose. This prevents hose biting or tearing, making it ideal for medium-duty applications involving soft nitrile hoses.
